This is what the evening sky looks like, this is what the field smells like, this is how you're surrounded by blocks and blocks of flats and there may be truckloads of people staring at you from way up but you don't care, this is how the trees seem to sway with the wind, this is .. what training feels like.

you can't see them here, but I've got sores all over my thighs and legs and back, from falling and falling and rolling and rolling onto the grass. I am prone to falls. VERY prone.
